Returns & Refund Policy
Requirements for a Full Refund of the Purchase Price:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (for example, DVDs and CDs) must be unopened and still in their original packaging
- You must contact our support team before shipping the product(s) back to Nemoseen Media
Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by Nemoseen are borne by the buyer.
Items valued at over $75 must be returned to Nemoseen with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
MP3 downloads and Streaming Video purchases are not returnable after purchase.
Nemoseen Media may, but is under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service. Depending on the price of the product, Nemoseen may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;
Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. Nemoseen Media recommends that you first contact our support team for assistance with your download. You may also contact the support team for your browser provider, as Nemoseen Media ensures that our files can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval.
